This is MY Story

In life we all generally all have to deal with diversity and cultural differences. However, to understand one and speak the same language can become a challenge. If there is no understanding, this can cause irritations or conflict. No longer wanting to listen to one other. How can one stay true to their faith, values and still have open communication? Shary Jones-Cruden and Maame Durowah Okai- Downer developed this training and workshop for professionals and managers in the social, school, parental, healthcare and welfare domain. In this workshop, the professionals will get the basic knowledge on how to work with individuals and families from different cultural backgrounds, gain knowledge on intercultural communication and how their own story (diversity) can make a difference.
